Service Crew

Responsibilities:

a)      Customer Service

  • Attend to customer queries and provide high degree of customer service
  • Communicate customer's feedback to Team Leader
  • Responding to emergencies while on shift by directing or performing steps necessary to rectify the situation

b)      Operations

  • Assist in all Outlet Operations (Cashiering duties, prize replenishment, stock related activities, machine meter reading and general duties)
  • Manage all outlet floor duties independently
  • Perform general housekeeping duties and ensure the cleanliness of the outlet
  • Other Ad-hoc Duties assigned by the Operations Manager/Team Leader
  • Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holiday

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year working experience
  • GCE “N” Level and above
  • Confident and enthusiastic
  • Good communication skills
  • Self-driven individuals with a positive learning attitude
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skill
